Responsibility and insurance
The Renter acknowledges being responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the bike during the rental period. In case of theft, the Renter must file a report with the relevant authorities.
The Rental Company declines all responsibility in case of bodily injury or property damage occurring during the use of the bike.
The Renter acknowledges having taken out liability insurance.
Accept and sign the terms of the rental contract.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the rental.
Rental of an e-bike is not allowed for those under 14 years old.
Helmet provided and mandatory.
Safety vest provided and mandatory.
For routes requested by the renter, the rental company is in no way responsible for any incidents that may occur on the course, whatever their origin.
